Fully-equipped, independent 3-bedroom house with sun terrace, located in the residential area of El Tablero on the edge of the cliff, with nice views of Maspalomas and the mountains, for a wonderful holiday in the south of Gran Canaria.
The house is distributed on 2 floors. The ground floor consists of a living room with smart tv, a fully-equipped kitchen, a sun terrace with seating area, outdoor shower and wonerful views, and a toilet. The top floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower. The master bedroom has a king size bed and dressing room, the second bedroom has two twin beds, and the third bedroom has a single bed. Two of the bedrooms have independent balconies with views.
The house has an independent garage for one vehicle, also prepared for parking and maintenance of bicycles. There is also plenty of street parking space in front of the house entrance.
There is private high-speed WIFI and air conditioning. The area is exclusively residential and very quiet, but also at a walking distance from the shopping center El Tablero with shops, restaurants and supermarket. It is about 1 km from the Meloneras beach. Access to the highway is 300 meters away and the airport is 20-25 minutes away.
