General Booking Conditions

1. Purpose
These conditions govern the contracting of accommodation services through the website www.suitedreams.es.

2. Service Provider
Inmogesan Proyectos SL, B84248020, with registered address at Calle Dr. Fleming 36, 28036, Madrid.

3. Booking Procedure
The user selects the accommodation, dates, and necessary information. The reservation is confirmed by partial or full payment according to the conditions indicated in each property.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

BOOKING CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT

Any cancellation or amendment request must be sent to us in writing, by email, fax or post, and will take effect on the day we receive the request.

Cancellation Policy:

In case of cancellation the following charges will apply

From the booking date until 29 days before check-in: 0% of the total rent

From 28 days before until check-in: 100% of the total rent

No-show: 100% of the total rent

Refunds can take up to 15 working days after the refund order to appear in the clients' credit card statment.

There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.

CHANGES BY THE COMPANY

In case of unforeseen reasons not attributable to the company, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking up to 30 days before arrival. After that deadline, in case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons not attributable to the company, the company has the right to either substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment, or to refund the full amount of the booking.

5. Use of the Accommodation
The user agrees to make diligent use of the accommodation, respecting internal regulations, neighbors, and the surrounding area.

6. Liability

Inmogesan Proyectos SL acts as an intermediary in the management of reservations for vacation homes and tourist apartments, unless expressly stated that the accommodation is managed directly by the company.

The company is not responsible for:

Any damage, loss, or harm suffered by the tenant during their stay that is not directly related to the reserved property.

Delays, flight cancellations, lost luggage, changes in transportation, or other incidents related to the tenant's travel to or from the accommodation.

Circumstances beyond the control of the property or the company, including but not limited to: power outages (water, electricity, internet), noise on public roads, nearby construction, inclement weather, government restrictions, health emergencies, or civil unrest.

Personal belongings forgotten or lost during the stay, unless they are under the express custody of the company.

The user/tenant expressly accepts that they make the reservation under their own responsibility, recognizing that Inmogesan Proyectos SL assumes no obligations or guarantees beyond the proper management of the reserved accommodation, according to the conditions detailed in each property.

7. Legislation and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Madrid.
